Thank you for dedicating time to learn about me and my team. I'm Rob Bell, I was born and raised in Southern California and grew up riding dirt bikes with my dad and sister. I enlisting at 17 with my parents' blessings, I aimed for a lifelong military career, but it was cut short by a medical retirement resulting from an injury during an airborne operation. During my military service, I formed valuable connections, including meeting my wife. I am very proud to be a third-generation Army veteran having served with the 82nd Airborne.

After relocating to Arizona in 2009, I used my GI bill benefits to pursue an engineering degree. In 2010, after nine years of heartbreaks, my wife and I were blessed with a successful pregnancy. Returning to the mortgage industry in 2010 at a "too big to fail" bank, I witnessed the stark reality of big institutions prioritizing profits over customer welfare.

Recognizing the importance of this mission, I strategically assembled a team alongside a broker. Our brokerage provides access to an extensive network of over 215 different lenders. Unlike traditional setups with multiple managers and extensive support staff, our streamlined approach saves our clients thousands of dollars in fees. Importantly, it ensures that those handling their loans possess the expertise needed to navigate the complexities of VA loans effectively. This way, we prioritize the financial well-being of our clients and deliver personalized, knowledgeable assistance throughout the loan process.

In 2002, I entered the mortgage industry, at that time, my mortgage knowledge was limited to the fact that I couldn't secure one myself. Over the years, I realized the prevalence of misinformation in the industry, where Loan Officers were trained to promote only their company's products, often disparaging others. In 2005, I found a mentor, and we eventually became partners in our own mortgage company until the 2009 crash.

In 2012, I had the privilege of helping start a branch for a veteran-owned bank. Here, I discovered the impact of VA loans and developed a passion for assisting fellow veterans in maximizing their entitlements. However, a shift in leadership toward profit-focused practices led me to spend the next decade educating other companies in the Valley about ethical VA lending practices, emphasizing helping veterans achieve homeownership and education.

Following a near-fatal motorcycle accident in 2022, I reached a pivotal moment, prompting me to reconnect with my passion. My focus shifted towards educating veterans, active-duty personnel, as well as their friends and family. I am committed to guiding them not only in purchasing their first homes but also in building wealth through real estate. This extends to individuals with less-than-perfect credit, as I believe homeownership should be accessible to everyone.
